Lynn University is once again one of the nation's Great Colleges to Work For®, according to a survey conducted by ModernThink LLC, a strategic human capital consulting firm. The results, released in The Chronicle of Higher Education, name Lynn an Honor Roll institution for ranking at the top of nine categories among four-year institutions with 3,000 to 9,999 students. It's Lynn's third consecutive time receiving honor roll status!

The Great Colleges to Work For® program is one of the largest and most respected workplace recognition programs in the country. The survey results are based on a two-part assessment process: an institution questionnaire that captures employment data and workplace policies from each institution and a survey administered to faculty, administrators and professional support staff. Employee feedback is the primary factor in deciding whether an institution receives recognition.
