The results, released in The Chronicle of Higher Education, name Lynn an Honor Roll institution for ranking at the top of nine categories among four-year institutions with 3,000 to 9,999 students. It's Lynn's third consecutive time receiving honor roll status!

"Our employees are the heart of our university," said Lynn President Kevin M. Ross. "They diligently work to create a valuable, innovative and personalized student experience that sets Lynn apart from other schools. We are proud of the work that they do every day and are grateful for their loyalty and support of this university."

The Great Colleges to Work For® program is one of the largest and most respected workplace recognition programs in the country. The survey results are based on a two-part assessment process: an institution questionnaire that captures employment data and workplace policies from each institution and a survey administered to faculty, administrators and professional support staff. Employee feedback is the primary factor in deciding whether an institution receives recognition.
